Rooms can be setup to hold one to many clients. These rooms are also classified as open to all or groups only so that a steam room that can hold 10 people to a Rasul for 3 that know each other can be booked easily. Facilities can also be booked for Hiring purposes like Tennis Courts etc etc.
Certain Equipment can be setup in the system like Hot Stone kits, Steamers etc etc so that the system can allocate these for the appropriate treatments. As we know how many of these are used the system makes sure that correct number of clients are booked for a given time slot.
PT & Fitness

We can run a stand alone business or a business part of a bigger fitness studio. All reports and statistics can be isolated for the specific business as well as an individual or the whole business.
All service items are grouped into Specialities so that correct staff is allocated. This allows us to check all bookings and no mistakes are made. Our Booking system will satisfy the most sophisticated user. And in built wizards will auto book for you.
These notes are customized by users so that correct initial and visit notes are taken. Notes can also include images of clients and template images can be setup so that they can be manipulated for client information. This facility allows all different disciplines to create their own specific information for initial or daily notes as well as for fitness plans.
The appointment book can be used to book classes like aerobics, yoga, plates, etc.
You can setup various memberships with different privileges. The system controls members entry via card scanning and there is options to open a turnstile. A record of this is kept for client history. Memberships can be suspended and a history is kept. Clients can have Multiple memberships.

Service pager
